TSN begins its Trade Centre special with Marian Hossa hypotheses.

Bob McKenzie says the Ottawa Senators offer would include Antoine Vermette, Christoph Schubert and Nick Foligno.

Darren Dreger's Montreal package: Michael Ryder, Maxim Lapierre and Mikhail Grabovski.

Other TSN notes before I turn off the TV and get on with my life for a couple hours:

• John Ferguson Jr. has a new hairdo.

• The countdown clock breaks seven hours down to seconds.

• Will James Duthie be funny all day?

I dunno, Barts, that was a pretty enjoyable interview ... Janssen sounds like a good guy with a sense of humour ... I like that Duthie "clarified" his earlier comment, for the sake of Cam Janssen's parents, that this is indeed a blockbuster trade ... lol

Being from Hamilton, I am sure Kyke Chipchura would step in finely in place of Maxim Lapierre!

The guy has really improved and on faceoffs since being sent down to Hamilton. I'd make the trade only if Hossa signs with us in the off season. Kovalev is getting it on with age and we need another sniper to lead us and the young kids for years to come.
