Of course its a freaking joke league. These goons don't even deserve to be here if those crap refs would've disallowed their goal after they ran the Caps player into Huet. Exact same play happened in the Caps game in Carolina 10 days prior and the goal was WAVED OFF!
Call me a conspiracy nut, but the reason for the inconsistency is the fact that this league wants some teams in and others out of the playoffs, plain and simple.
The really retarded thing is here in Tokyo, where no one apparently gives a crap about hockey, they have those Flyers victories posted on the train news service every 10 minutes. I even hate taking the train here now.
