• AUDIO: Brian Gionta | Michael Cammalleri | Ryan O'Byrne 1 and 2 | Max Pacioretty
Right-winger Brian Gionta will be out of the Canadiens lineup indefinitely with a broken bone in his left foot.
Gionta said he suffered the injury when he was struck by a shot in the Nov. 3 game against Atlanta. The veteran said he tried to play through the injury, and he skated in the next four games, but the pain became too much to bear Saturday night in Nashville, hence his last-minute scratch. Subsequent tests have revealed a broken bone.
On the plus side, defenceman Ryan O'Byrne and Georges Laraque have both been cleared to play and could be in the lineup Friday night in Washington. Laraque practiced on a line with Guillaume Latendresse and Maxim Lapierre Wednesday morning.
Another roster move saw defenceman Mathieu Carle returned to the Hamilton Bulldogs to make room for O'Byrne.
Je suis
Sieur Bugs Potter, écuyer. Major-général du dépôt de munitions Fort Gainey, contre-amiral du torpilleur de classe-II Sainte Flanelle, et sous-secrétaire du ministère de la Défense Tricolore.
Laraque was saying how he was all healthy and ready to go this year. He was gonna prove last year was just a bad dream. Well back injuries and lousy play have been all we've seen from this expensive player thus far. BUT..... if he actually stands up for his own teammates (Colby Armstrong should still be healing from a broken checkbone), and uses his stick instead of his skates to move the puck, then we're getting somewhere. I say he just parks his ass in front of the net whenever Montreal is in the offensive zone. Simple as that! It ain't too hard. Let's try to get our money's worth from this guy. I know he can contribute, I know it!
If the Canadiens didn't have bad luck, they'd have no luck at all. But I have the solution...all we have to do is tie in regulation time, go to OT, presto, we win.
LOL...
With Gionta out, habs fans are going to need a lot of beer to get through the next month.
Wait a minute - I see why the Molson boys bought this team.
its all a huge conspiracy to make us all by more beer! haha
mostly talk about goaltending and d...but the reality is that this team has one the weakest bunch of scorers in the nhl..you cant win every night 2-1 ...if washington comes out motivated and up for the game we have almost no chance to win but if they come out not so motivated and we at least keep the pp vs pk even we have a chance...but the way the roster is today and our future prospects this team will have trouble scoring every night this year and next year. we give up 4 goals certain lose most nights...3 goals only hope o/t ..the grind of most games 2-1 will catch up in a long season
BullDogs won 2 - 1. I like Desharnais and Sanford. They are 1st and 3rd star.
I'll buy you a beer if Desharnais ever makes it in the LNH.
And I'll buy you a case if PK Subban ever makes you think of Markov....
The Habs are in serious need of some offensive spark. Despite his diminutive size, that's exactly what Desharnais can offer. Maybe giving him a call-up wouldn't be such a bad idea.
BTW, w/all the complaining about the Hab's track record in the draft on HIO, one would never guess that they are one of the top teams in the AHL. IMO, BG and Timmins have made great draft choices. Habs fans have a lot to look forward to.
This guy makes such great post goal comments for the florida panthers

His name is Randy Moller and i believe he used to play for the nordiques
Good stuff.
Haha yeah Randy Moller is awesome. MMAAA THE MEATLOAF haha, genius!
Here's an interesting article on Moller, courtesy of Puck Daddy:
Moller and Dan Le Batard, who hosts a sports-talk show on 790 The Ticket, conspired on a little experiment this season: Callers to Le Batard's show would suggest pop culture references for Moller, and he would then use them during his goal-calls for Panthers games.
http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/blog/puck_daddy/post/Video-Panthers-announce...
you're right he did play for the Nords, he and Nilan went at it just about every game between them.
He was on off the record a month or so back and called Nilan the toughest guy he ever played against or fought!!!!
this is the best thing i've listened to in my life...i want this guy on RDS NOW!
- blame bias benoit brunet.
Hahahaha. Absolutely amazing!

Not sure which Gainey bandwagon I'm on right now.
I'm pretty sure I seen him on The NHL Network show "The Voices".
If it's the same guy, he just gets the fans to send him random lines to read, and he reads one after every goal. It's hilarious.
Boone, Pat, Dave....
I think in light of how poorly this (horribly injured team) is doing this year. We should revisit how horrible it was last year near the end...when no one was injured.
Here's a day off video:

Hey guys,
Non-Habs releated, but wondering if anyone has a link or a clip from "Mystery Alaska". I'm looking for the scene where Little Richard sings the anthems.
I tried YouTube but no luck.
If you have it, can you fire me a direct message.
Thanks!

Ya! The Habs Rule! now on Twitter!
From TSN: And yes, they used McGuire as the starting point:
With little over a month to go, Olympic analyst Pierre McGuire has updated his selection for who should be on Team Canada. They are as follows:
Goaltenders
Martin Brodeur
Roberto Luongo
Marc-Andre Fleury
Defence
Scott Niedermayer
Chris Pronger
Dion Phaneuf
Brent Seabrook
Shea Weber
Dan Boyle
Jay Bouwmeester
Forwards
Rick Nash - Sidney Crosby - Jarome Iginla
Dany Heatley - Ryan Getzlaf - Corey Perry
Brenden Morrow - Mike Richards - Shane Doan
Steven Stamkos - Jonathan Toews - Martin St.Louis
Jeff Carter
Olympic analysts Bob McKenzie and Darren Pang along with former U.S. Olympic hockey coach Peter Laviolette give their take on who should be left off and who should be added, based on Pierre's selections.
So what do you think? Who's missing? Who's being ignored? Where can we do better?
I'll start off by saying that Lecavelier should be there instead of Morrow or Stamkos.
Goaltenders (In order)
1.M-A Fleury
2.MArtin Brodeur
3.Roberto Luongo
(if ward didnt stink out the joint to start the season i would have had him in place of luongo, anyone who knows me knows that i cant stand luongos attitude, and he's too much of a liability in my eyes when its all on the line)
Defense
Chris Pronger - Scott Niedermayer (No brainer?)
Duncan Keith - Shea Weber (Bruising hitters, defensively sound, offensive upside for both)
Jay Bouwmeester - Mike Green (one of the best defensive defenseman in the league paired with the best offensive defenseman)
Dan Boyle (I had dan boyle with Weber initially but they are both right hand shots)
Love Phaneuf, but he makes stupid and selfish plays at times and thats the last thing canada needs
Forwards
Rick Nash - Ryan Getzlaf - Dany Heatley (Take that Malkin/ovechkin/kovalchuk! Any opposition defense wont be able to handle those three, and the three of them have had success at the worlds in the past)
Jeff Carter - Sidney Crosby - Jarome Iginla (Pure shooters for sidney)
Patrick Marleau - Steve Stamkos - Martin St Louis (St Louis and Stamkos chemistry + Morrow Grit)
Brendan Morrow - Mike Richards - Shane Doan (The filthiest 4th line in hockey, probably one of the best shut down lines)
Jonathan Toews
Vinny is way too sluggish these days, Joe Thornton has proved time and time again he cant get it done when its all on the line. I like stamkos because I think the team needs some youthful enthusiasm, plus hes been a star on the world stage before.
Goaltenders
Martin Brodeur - Roberto Luongo
Marc-Andre Fleury - Carey Price
Defence
Scott Niedermayer - Chris Pronger
Dion Phaneuf - Brent Seabrook
Shea Weber - Dan Boyle
Jay Bouwmeester - Mike Green
Forwards
Rick Nash - Sidney Crosby - Jarome Iginla
Dany Heatley - Joe Thornton- Dustin Penner
Zach Parise - Ryan Getzlaf - Corey Perry
Brenden Morrow - Mike Richards - Shane Doan
Extra
Steven Stamkos - Jonathan Toews - Patrik Marleau
Jeff Carter - John Tavaras - Brad Richards
Zach Parise is american, hes born in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Habsforlife - Hey, that's cheating! You've got seven extra players on your team. Time to bite the bullet and make the tough cuts!!!
Goaltenders
Marc-Andre Fleury
Defence
Scott Niedermayer - Chris Pronger
Shea Weber - Dan Boyle
Jay Bouwmeester - Mike Green
Forwards
Rick Nash - Ryan Getzlaf - Dustin Penner
Dany Heatley - Sidney Crosby - Jarome Iginla
Patrik Marleau - Jeff Carter - Corey Perry
Brenden Morrow - Mike Richards - Shane Doan
It's always a good sign whern you really can't decide who should be the last cut. This is a short tournament so it's beneficial any time you can have natural groupings together on the ice. Therefore, Duncan Keith should be on the team. He's a great skater who will fit right in with Seabrook. I would probably sit down Boyle. Green and Doughty are both in the loop if you feel you need the offense but I'd still take Ketih.
Last time around we when with the vets and neglected to put our great young kids on the team. This tournament is going to be all about skating and offense. Steven Stamkos is quickly on his way to joining the big three in the NHL. Right this second he's a better player than Vinny and will be more motivated and dependable. We need secondary goal scorers and guys like Carter and Stamkos fit the bill. They both shoot fromt he right side and Carter has played RW in Philly which gives us more versatility. Stamkos and St Louis play on the same line in Tampa and work well together. Thornton is a great playmaker (and can also play the wing) but he's not a goal scorer or a clutch player.
Lecavalier has to play himself back on to the team.
__________________________________________
http://berkshireonthehabs.blogspot.com/
If Lecavalier gets it going to what he should be producing, I'll add him on my list but right now he's a questionable addition to the team. Not a fan of Heatley being on that list but that's because I don't like the guy, sadly he is a useful sniper in World tournaments, I'd like to see Dan Cleary rather than Morrow, he's just a handy guy to have on your team no matter where you put him. The Defence looks solid, although I think Phaneuf is more trouble than he's worth, he might intimidate some guys but his style is a little heavy to use in an Olympic tournament with stricter rules than your average Western Conference game and when you already have Pronger along for the ride... put Duncan Keith or Drew Doughty in his place.
Goaltending is rather obvious and you can't debate it. Stave Mason's got the sophomore jinx, Emery is not bad on the list of Canadian goaltenders but Babcock/Yzerman probably won't want to role the dice on the guy so early in his NHL return. Cam Ward would have to go on a serious tear with a sub-par Hurricanes team to get back into Olympic contention, after that you've got Marty Turco who's struggled in Dallas over the past few years, Pascal Leclaire doing the hot/cold dance in Ottawa, Dwayne Roloson and Chris Osgood, both decent goalies in their own right but have trouble in maintaining season-long efforts, discounting Osgood's playoff streaks of course. Following them, you have this young kid called Carey Price, although he would have to steal Montreal every 2nd game from here until January 1st to make that squad following last season's struggles while one of the Big Three went down on injury.
- I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
Dan Cleary over Morrow? Are you serious?
I just like Dan Cleary's utility in a game and I've never seen enough of Morrow to go 'Wow, he's Olympic quality' on what he's done, granted I don't see Dallas in action much except for Montreal's yearly match with them and the odd one here and there.
I'm looking at the team from the perspective of if you have Toews, Crosby, Nash, Iginla, Doan, Niedermayer, Luongo all captains of their teams and then Getzlaf, Pronger, Weber, St. Louis, Boyle, Bouwmeester also as Assistant Captains, I think the team's just a bit top-heavy on the leadership quotient and that's a lot of big personalities to throw into a room and Olympic Gold or not, I'm not sure there won't be issues there. Rather have a few more followers than all leaders because while Niedermayer might be named Captain, there's a lot of guys in that room used to being the leader, too many leaders is not always the best idea.
- I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
I don't understand that either. Morrow is a lock to me, on a line with Richards and Doan. It'll probably be the most physically dominant line in olympic history.
__________________________________________
http://berkshireonthehabs.blogspot.com/
Definitely Agree
I didnt even read your post before putting Richards-Morrow-Doan on a line together (see above). Probably turn out to be the best shutdown line in the tournament.
Yep, goalie-wise, there's little debate.
For me, there's more argument up front. Where's Thornton, for example?
JT Wyman from Brock Trotter and Benoit 1-0 Dogs!
When Markov and Gionta have returned to the line up.. when the Habs are healthy again,, and when the Mafia Bros are once again united... we shall see the Eastern Conference finals shimmering on the horizon..
I wonder why Jay Leech is the one that is most likely going to be scratched.
I was talking to my freind eysterday about how underatted he is. He doesn't seem to make to many mistakes, a big body that you can't push around, clears the front of the net. he is a text book stay home d-man.
i dunno why he spent his entire career in the AHL

I hear from other commentators here that Shawn Belle is kinda the same.. so I'm surprised as to why he isn't playing more games with the CH .. I mean Jay Leach and Shawn Belle is perhaps a step up from... from...

AHL - Hamilton Bulldogs vs Abbotsford Heat
1st per 0-0
Hmmm, they should write articles about whether Duchene's magic is flagging more often, he's got 2 assists and is +3 after 2 periods of play against Edmonton tonight.
- I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
Article on the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette hockey blog, Montreal is No. 6 in the League for man-games lost to injury with 70. The Canucks are No. 1 with 109(Ouch!) and the Tampa Bay Lightning are definitely not a group who can blame the injury bug, coming in with a league-low of 7.
Leafs are down 52 man-games as some will ask, but I honestly don't think you should count glass-knees Van Ryn in that estimate.
- I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
Yeah it also depends on who. Losing Markov, O'Byrne and now Gionta isn't the same as losing Lats, Mara, and Moen for example. Of course BGL and Dags wenre' actually big contributors. Speaking of which, Dags has been out a long time. Poor guy. That really sucks.
--------------------------------------------------- ATTENDING THE HIO SUMMIT?: a suggestion - later this week let's change our icons to actual pictures of ourselves to help know who is who.
Of oourse the who is being lost is important, albeit I think that even if this team was down the lesser players the same situation would be presented, AHL call-ups, waiver-claimed or late FA signings. Markov being around would only be able to mitigate so many cough-ups by underpowered forward lines.
D'Agostini is definitely having a hard time, trying to make his spot on the roster, than he nearly gets decapitated. It seems his concussion is pretty severe for no update by now and his still not returning to practice hopefully it's not a Brian Pothier case, he doesn't seem to have fully recovered.
- I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
They were also probably including kessel who was injured before he was even traded for, hence shouldn't count either. There only real injury other then "the cookie monster"lol for a couple of weeks with a groin injury was komisarek. But you figure having him out would be an advantage for the leafs.
On the flip side, not having Kessel in the lineup couldn't have helped the Leafs...
If the Panthers can bitch slap Buffalo, anything is possible on friday nite.
Anyone catch that disallowed goal in the Wings/Stars game? Brutal call.
What are the chances that we could get the same video judges on duty for Saturday's game against the Wings?
:)

How is that not a goal? I'm flabbergasted. Thats the most obvious goal I've ever seen.

http://berkshireonthehabs.blogspot.com/
How can you review that and not count it a goal? The referee's only defense would be that the puck entered the net after he intended to plow the whistle. And the shot went directly into the net, off the goalie's pad without a scramble in front, so it would have had to have been an awfully quick whistle.
My guess: Toronto botched capturing the replay and told the refs to stick with the call on the ice. There's no other explanation, because the replay shows that it wasn't even a close call.

Ok do you play Price on friday and:
1) hope he stops almost everything and squeeks 1 point or at best 2 or we lose but Price is amazing or pray we don't get shalaked and Price loses his confidence
or do you play Halak and figure what the heck we weren't going to win anyway and if it's a shooting galery at least Price wasn't the victim. And if Halak wins then you have 2 hot goalies....
____________________________________ Why don't we have a captain ? Cuz Gionta is now injured...
Play Price, if he's going to be the No. 1 man he should be able to stand up to back-to-back nights.
He's the hot hand right now, use him.
- I shall always remember Captain Koivu.
First of all great question EricinStl....
You go with Price and ride him all the way through. Grab him after or before practice and tell him that this is HIS team. He has to will this team to victory.
Show him video of when he won the WJH championsip, then of all the saves he did.
And remind him that MA Fleury had it rough when he started. So it's a "natural" thing to stutter a bit....
____________________________________ Why don't we have a captain ?
Can't make the same mistake Martin made when he started Halak in Calgary, Price should start, and if he plays well he plays back to back against Detroit.

http://berkshireonthehabs.blogspot.com/
Yup, has to. If Price is going to be the #1, he has to face the best of the best. The "TEAM" out front faces these guys through thick and thin, goalies are part of the team. He played very well the last two games and won his first home game, he's got to be feed off those SO saves (IMO, he was tested alot more on a couple than Legace was, *cough*Cammalleri*cough* :) He even said it himself it was a bad shot)
I think Price has played great the last 5 games, not just the last 2.
Agreed again, we're agreeing a lot tonight. Also I love how Cammalleri is willing to take responsibility whenever he screws up, that says leader to me.

Weirdest game ever...
FINAL SCORE: Florida Panthers 6 - Buffalo Sabres 2
Shots on goal: 28-24 in favour of Sabres. Florida scored 3 goals in last 2 minutes of 3rd period.
Ryan Miler (who had league leading stats of a 1.77 GAA and .939 sv%) let in 5 goals on 23 shots...
His stats now are .929 and a GAA of approx. 1.98
Still solid numbers but they went drastically down in one game against Panthers...
No reason why Habs can't pull off a similar thing against Caps with either Theodore or Varlamov in net. (Panthers are a struggling team with poor offense and defense, and they did it against red hot Miller and Sabres)
Miller is so overrated. He's a good goalie, but he's had an easy year. He never gets the job done when it matters.

Look through these pics for recent and old-time Habs trying their hand at fashion at the movie premiere Pour toujours les Canadiens! How refreshing to see Markov there! *sigh*

"All you need in hockey is good character, luck and skills" - Ovie
You just don't see Ronald Corey at Habs events anymore. Has he decided he doesn't belong or have the Habs decided he doesn't belong?
Saw him walking along Ste. Catherine's Street a few months after he was let go. It was around lunch-time and he had been drinking - he looked like the saddest person on the planet.
Anybody know what he's doing?
Contemplating hiring Mario Tremblay, Rejean Houle and Yvan Cournoyer to be his friends.
RANDOM THOUGHTS:
1. SK is being kept down on the farm so he can learn to face adversity and slide through it sometimes instead of trying to attack it all the time. In short, finishing school for a potential NHLer who needs to learn professional manners - for his own sake.
2. AK will go back into his hidey hole. I don't want him to. I'm just sayin... he scored a goal but I haven't seen a single rush at the net like he used to be able to do.
3. BGL will come back and spectacularly fail to make a difference and let our guys get pushed head first into the boards, just as he did before he left. Loser.
4. O'Byrne will come back and push a few bodies around, reminding us (and other teams) that he's not someone to f--k with and that he is someone we need on our blue line. Someone buy him a new purse! We'll be happy he's back.
5. Why is no-one missing Gill? No-one is missing him. Weird.
6. Heard Murray Wilson talking on CJAD today about Martin's lukewarm assessment of PRices' play last night. He made a good point - Martin isn't trying to take anything away from Price, he's trying not to be too extreme... not let Price get too high or too low. I agree with this and think it's smart. I can't say I am in love with him, but overall, Martin continues to impress in my books.
7. Can't wait til the game Saturday. My 7-year old is sad that I'm going to a game without him. I told him to suck it up!!!! LOL Kidding.
SD

OK, I miss Gill. There you go, I said it.
3. I love the "spectacularly fail", it's almost like you were going to say something nice. And then didn't. For a very short moment I thought you were giving BGL praise. But you weren't. I too thought this was not something positive to look forward to.
What do people in Montreal think of him (you probably won't know the answer to this SD, aren't you from Halifax?)? Is he crowd drawing person in his home province? I believe someone has him listed as their favourite player, that person must be from Montreal (sincerely - no offense this person). :)
5. Has Hal Gill been absent? Hmm, I never noticed.
7. No comment. ;)
Hey , I was kidding about #7. Truth be told I asked him if he was sad, he said yes so I reminded him we are going to the Pens in December.... and who did I go to the last two games with?? I know what I"m doing... except when I don't!
I don't think even Quebecers are at all happy with BGL anymore. I do live in Halifax (sort of) but spend about a third of my time in the area (my son lives here). I don't hear a lot of faith in general about the Habs even up north (where I am right now and where I am forced to use my neanderthal French).
--------------------------------------------------- ATTENDING THE HIO SUMMIT?: a suggestion - later this week let's change our icons to actual pictures of ourselves to help know who is who.
Come on, you know I was kidding. That is why I did the winking face ;) . I don't have any children yet, so you won't hear any criticism from me. A Pens game will be great, nothing like a little father son bonding...in my case I will be the ones taking the kids to the games, my boyfriend washes dishes while I watch hockey. Just the typical relationship in the 21st century, right? :).
In terms of BGL honestly, what is there to be happy about? Lack of fighting? Poor puck handling? Zero capability to score? Can he even be deemed a forward, truly?
Neanderthalic French is better than no French. I grew up in Ontario and went to a French school but lost most of it since then. Too bad, it would make watching RDS a 100 times better.
Having BGL in the line up and having guys take dangerous hits with no repercussions is worse than if he wasn't in the line-up. People expect him to step up so others stand back. When nothing happens the other team realizes it has a free pass.
What part of Ontario you from? I'm originally from Barrie.
--------------------------------------------------- ATTENDING THE HIO SUMMIT?: a suggestion - later this week let's change our icons to actual pictures of ourselves to help know who is who.
My only problem thus far, because I understand and appreciate his role as "Enforcer", is that he hasn't really enforced anything this season. When I watched the game in Vancouver it was Hal Gill doing the beating - or not beating depending on your outlook. Rick Rypien might have got the better of HG. I think that Hal just wanted to give the Habs fans there something to cheer about. Haha, between you and me (and the rest of HIO) it didn't really work.
Small world. I am orginally from Owen Sound - that is under two hours away! I think I got my tonsils removed in Barrie. Haha. You must know Owen Sound?
1. I agree, and I think he will be a better NHL player for it.
2. I think AK needed a goal and to be "hero", I expect him to play hard the next few games and pot some points.
3. Hmmm, on the fence with the Heavyweight. He has some puck possession skills that CAN be useful.
4. I hope O'Byrne picks up where he left off, he was looking ALOT better.
5. I miss Hal "Skill". He makes a difference you'll see.
6. Exactly what I was thinking. That was a problem with Price he said it at the end of last year, one day on a pedestil, the next in the doghouse. Martin seems to be handling players very well, most interviews I have listened to, all the players feel completely responsible and respond well.
7. LOL, mean Dad. It was funny, when my daughter woke up on Tuesday, as I got into her room, she was saying Go Habs Go! (standing in her crib wearing her Habs jammies, she is 2&1/2), I just knew they would win, Kids, God love 'em.
That is totally cute about your daughter. No joke, Go Habs Go was one of the first words we taught my daughter (she's 10 now and a die hard Habs fan, wonder why?? lol) I wish you could find Habs jammies for the bigger kids. Now it's jerseys for them at their ages!
My son, who is 7 and is so not a follower is a Vancouver fan. He loves the Wellwood boys (they are from our area), thank God he didn't follow Kyle when he was with the Leafs. I couldn't have stomached a Leafs fan - Canucks I can handle, lol!

So cool RC. Congrats and best wishes! Get your little sweetie all set up with her Habs gear so we can get another win in. Tell her thanks from her HI/O buddies. ;o))

Really?
Alot of posters say Sergei will NEVER play another game for Montréal. Why? And why hate him so much? He is a kid, with tons of talent that made a mistake. I think the Canadiens would be making a HUGE mistake if this kid leaves. I for one, HOPE I have not seen the last of him. I actually hope I get to see him play come December 4th.
Sounds like Brian is gone for a bit (which REALLY sucks, I wanted to see him play that game, actually a little part of me was hoping he would be named Captain that night). So with Brian gone, no secondary scoring, no thirdary scoring (can I file a patent on that? I think the correct term would be tertiary scoring), isn't Sergei worth bringing up?
Players make mistakes, he is still akid that WANTS to play in the big league. If the Habs give him a chance, I really can't imagine him not taking advantage of it and show his stuff.
Oh i definitely do not wish that the habs get rid of sergei. Frankly we cant get a worthwhile return for him anyway.
The habs just have to regain control of the situation with him and the only way to do so is to send a message. Eventually they will have to throw him a bone, but im sure JM and BG speak to Guy Boucher often enough, and guy boucher will tell them when hes done whipping sk into shape.
Berkshire aside, I agree with your comment. I think that's in the works - but like I say above, he needs someone to give him (and his development) some thoughtful and wise attention.
And yeah Berk, I know it was just sarcasm.

This kind of rational thought about giving kids second chances apparently isn't welcome on habsinsideout.com.

Well I have been guilty in the past to have been hard on players (nothing wrong with criticism though), but you HAVE to give young players a chance, not throw them away for nothing...that is crazy talk. This team drafted them, they now have a complete system from the ground up. Give it a chance!
I completely agree!

By the way Andrew, I got your email (just opened it the other day). I have not read the paper, but I certainly intend to. Thanks again, I think it is important to get as much information on these issues (I am not a microbiologist), so I have to rely on research I do on my own from the work of others who are professionals.
Hey no problem! Hope you enjoy the paper, I'm biased because my girlfriend wrote it, but I think it's a very good paper.

Not sure which Gainey bandwagon I'm on right now.
Sweet!
I am from NB, so I was surprised to get them on Sunday (have not had much luck the past 2 seasons). Got seats in the whites!
