He was the reason I became a Habs fan.
Congratulations Larry!
Dave Stubbs:
I'll miss tonight's game and more importantly Larry's number rettired because I have to work. Is it possible to have a link added to this site that will feature the ceremony so that people that miss it can watch it later on?
We don't have rights to tonight's telecast, but I'm sure some enterprising Inside/Out reader, and others, will upload RDS and/or Sportsnet coverage of the ceremony to You Tube, and we'll link it from there. You might want to consider taping it at 6:30 p.m. ET
I'll be at the game and expect to upload audio of Larry and others in mp3 form to the site late tonight. It should be quite an event for a very deserving icon of the Canadiens.

Thanks for the reply Dave. I'd love to tape it but it is not offered in my area. It should be a memorable night. Thanks again.
