Grew up in the greater Toronto area surrounded by Leafs fans and with a father who bled blue and white. However I broke through the hype and learned that true talent and history was to be found in Montreal. As a youngster in the mid 70's I will never forget the team that I think is the greatest of all time. LaFleur, Cournoyer, Lemaire, Shutt, Dryden and the three headed monster on defense were wonders to behold. Also remember the New Years eve game against the Red Army as the greatest exhibition of hockey.
