Habs fan since: 2nd trimester. Just an hypothesis, but given that Habs fandom (and its natural corollary, Leafs aversion) is one marker of intelligence, and that higher neural development generally occurs at this time, seems the most logical date.
Favourite player (current): Koivu....many good reasons for this, not the least of which is to counter the ridiculous 110% attitude from many of my "Pure Laine" friends
Favourite player (all time): Gainey....the first time I was old enough to really understand the game, Captain Bob led us to the cup (OK, St. Patrick helped too)
